Nikki Glaser’s Cut Jokes from Netflix’s Tom Brady Roast

Comedian Nikki Glaser stole the show at Netflix’s Tom Brady roast with her sharp wit and fearless jokes, but not all of her punchlines made it to the final cut. During a post-roast interview on “The Howard Stern Show,” Glaser revealed some of the jokes she had to leave out of her set.

One of the cut jokes targeted Brady’s alleged plastic surgery, with Glaser quipping, “Tom, I love your work — that you’ve done on your face. Seriously, slow down. What is happening with your cheeks? You look like a Ken doll that was microwaved. You love deflating things, so stop.”

Another joke that didn’t make it to the stage was a jab at the NFL’s handling of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a disease affecting many players. Glaser was going to joke, “It’s really cool all the proceeds are going to CTE research and the NFL’s coordinated effort to cover it up. People don’t know, but it costs millions to murder those doctors that know the truth.”

Despite the cuts, Glaser’s set received widespread acclaim on social media, with one of her aired jokes poking fun at Brady’s divorce from Gisele Bündchen. The roast, part of Netflix Is a Joke Fest, featured Brady being roasted by a lineup of comedians and former teammates, including Kevin Hart, Jeff Ross, and more.

One joke that seemed to hit a nerve with Brady was a reference made by Jeff Ross to Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s 2019 arrest. Brady stood up and told Ross not to say it again, but Ross later clarified that Brady was just showing his love for Kraft, whom he sees as a father figure.
